How to Install PrepSync App Instructions

The app is best viewed in landscape Full Screen mode or by installing the app.

iPhone / Safari

Open the

Share

menu (at the bottom or top of Safari)

Then choose

Add to Home Screen

in the menu.

Android / Chrome

You may see an Install bar at the top of the page the first time you access the web page. Press the Install button.

OR

Open the full Chrome menu.

Choose

Add to Home Screen

or

Install

How to Clear Browser Cache

To ensure PrepSync is the latest version, clear your browser cache, even if you have installed it as an app.

iPhone / Safari

  1. Go to Settings, tap Apps, then select Safari. Tap Advanced, then choose Website Data.
  2. Tap Remove All Website Data. If this button is gray, there is either no data to clear, or you might need to check your web content restrictions in Screen Time.
  3. Tap Remove Now. This clears data that’s used for tracking, and by websites to save login information for faster browsing.

Android / Chrome

  1. On your Android, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, select More and then Delete browsing data.
  3. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time.
  4. Select the types of information you want to remove.
  5. Select Delete data.
